肝夏乐配合介入疗法治疗晚期肝癌疗效分析

1996年3月～1997年3月间,经影像学检查和AFP检测确诊的9例原发性巨块形晚期肝癌患者,均于动脉导管内介入治疗前后服用肝复乐,其中6例(67％)行单纯灌注化疗,其余3例行化疗栓塞术。从临床症状的改善,肝功能恢复,AFP降低以及生存期的长短等方面来看,肝复乐配合介入治疗,能有效地改善因肝硬化或肝癌引起的临床症状和肝功能异常,降低AFP,对改善晚期肝癌患者的生存质量,延长生存期起了一定的作用。

Ganfule Concerted with Interventional Therapy for Late Stage of Liver Carcinoma

Nine cases of large cancer of liver in its late stage, being diagnosed by image examination and AFP test, during the period of March 1996 - March 1997 were treated interventionally with arterial catheter, concerted with oral Ganfule before and after the operation. Of them, 6 cases (67%) received simple perfusion of chemotherapy, the other 3 received chemotherapeutic embolus formation. Judging from clinical symptoms, improvement of hepatic functions, lowering of AFP and survival time, this concerted therapy can effectively ameliorate the symptoms and abnormal hepatic functions due to the cancer or liver cirrhosis, lower AFP, thus improving the survival quality and prolonging the survival time for the patients.
