| 摘 要： | 20例原发性扩张型心肌病年龄14～70岁,病程3个月～10年。临床表现以心悸、气短、胸闷、心脏扩大、心律失常、心音低钝、收缩期杂音为多见。心电图以 ST—T 改变及 Q—Tc 延长为多。超声心动图和 X 线检查均示心脏增大。结合临床表现对其诊断,鉴别诊断进行讨论。

| Abstract: | There were 20 patients of dilated cardiomyopathy,their ages rangingfrom 14 to 70 and the courses being 3 months to 10 years.The disease wasclinically characterized mainly by palpitation,shortness of breath,cheststuffiness,heart enlargement,arrhythmia,soft cardiac sounds and systolicmurmur,ST-T changes and QTC prolongation were frequently found inthe electrocardiograms.Both echocardiograms and radiography suggestedheart enlargement.Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of this disease arediscussed according to the clinical manifestations. |
