| 摘 要： | 根据经费、学科现状，本院确定了以“重点学科”、“重点实验室”建设和“优秀人才培养”为核心的“精品工程”发展战略，从而大力推进了医院的科技创新工作，使医院逐步走上了以优势学科带动全面，以打牢人才培养基础、蓄积力量为重点的可持续快速发展的轨道。本文就医院如何发挥儿科学学科优势，强化研究方向，培养高素质的儿科学人才问题做深层次的探讨，为现代医院管理提供一些有益的借鉴。
