| 摘 要： | 肝内胆管结石是常见病，但结石所致肝穿孔报道少见，手术中才得以发现。该病例虽然不是手术直接死因，但由于对这一疾病认识不足倒致手术时间延长使病人风险增加。

| Abstract: | Intrahepatic bile duct stone is a common disease,but liver perforation resulting from it has been rarely reported and can only be detected during operation.Although this case will not contribute to death during operation directly,inadequate awareness of this disease will increase operation time and risks of the patients. |
