摘    要:目的 探讨不同类型急性重度酒精中毒所致代谢紊乱的特点.方法 94例重度酒精中毒者分为饮用白酒、红酒及啤酒组,观察治疗前后生命体征、血糖、电解质及动脉血气变化.结果 白酒组与红酒组、啤酒组比,代谢性酸中毒及低血糖发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).高血糖、电解质紊乱的发生率各组间差异无统计学意义.治疗6~12h后,多数患者代谢指标恢复正常.结论 饮用白酒所致急性重度中毒者可能更易于发生代谢性酸中毒、低血糖,临床工作中需加以注意.

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical features of metabolic disorder in acute severe alcohol poisoning caused by different types of alcoholic beverages.Methods 94 patients diagnosed as acute severe alcohol poisoning were divided into distillate spirits group, red wine group and beer group.The changes of vital signs, blood sugar, electrolyte and arterial blood gas were observed in every patient before and after the treatment.Results The incidences of metabolic acidosis andhypoglycemia were obviouslyhigher in distillate spirits group than in red wine and boer group(P < 0.05).The incidence ofhyperglycemia and electrolyte disturbancehad no statistical difference among three groups.Metabolic disorder of most patients recovered in each group after the emergency treatment of 6 ~ 12hours.Conclusion The incidences of metabolic acidosis andhypoglycemia arehigher in acute severe alcohol poisoning patients caused by taking distillate spirits, which should be paid attention to in the emergency work.
