梅毒螺旋体特异性ASC诊断梅毒螺旋体活动性感染研究

摘    要:目的建立一种酶联免疫法来检测病人体内的特异性ASC。据此判断其体内是否有活动性梅毒螺旋体感染。方法采用梅毒重组融合抗原ELISA试剂盒分别检测正常人群、潜伏期梅毒、一期梅毒、二期梅毒患者的特异性ASC。结果各病例组均检出特异性ASC,一期梅毒组的OD均值明显高于二期梅毒组和潜伏梅毒组,差异具有显著性(P〈0.01)。GST—epi—TpNl7抗原检测灵敏度优于GST—TpNl7融合抗原。结论本研究建立的梅毒螺旋体特异性ASC检测方法可用于活动性梅毒感染的诊断以及作为疗效观察的指标,为临床检测梅毒感染提供了新思路。

Abstract:Objective: Developing a recombinant fusion antigen-based ELISA to diagnose actwe I reponema pallidum infection by detecting TP-specific ASC. Methods: Specific ASC from group of primary syphilis, secondary syphilis and latent syphilis has been detected using recombinant fusion antigen-based ELISA kits, healthy people as control. Results: Specific ASC were demonstrated in all syphilis group, average OD of primary syphilis was significantly higher than the other two groups(P〈0.01). ELISA equipped with the GST-epi-TpN17 antigen showed higher sensitivity as compared with GST -TpN17's. Conclusion: The recombinant fusion antigen-based ELISA was suitable for the diagnosis of active TP infection and monitoring efficacy of antibiotic therapy.
