多层螺旋CT多平面和曲面重建技术在结直肠癌诊断中的应用价值

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多平面重建(MPR)和曲面重建(CPR)技术在结直肠癌诊断中的临床应用价值。材料与方法:回顾分析36例经过手术证实的结直肠癌病例,术前均进行MSCT平扫及增强扫描,并均行多平面重建和沿病变长径的曲面重建。将CT显示的影像特征与手术证实的结果进行对比分析。结果:浆膜层浸润准确率93.1%(27/29),淋巴结转移准确率83.3%(5/6),远处脏器转移准确率60.0%(3/5),显示肿块准确率100.0%(36/36),显示肿瘤供血准确率100.0%(23/23)。结论:采用MSCT多平面和曲面重建可以更好的显示病灶及病灶与周围脏器的关系,为外科手术治疗提供独特的信息。

The Value of Multiplanar Reconstruction and Curved Planar Reformation with Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer

Purpose：To evaluate the value of multiplanar reconstruction（MPR）and curved planar reformation（CPR）with Multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT）in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer. Materials and Methods：Plain scan,contrast enhancement,CPR and MPR in 36 cases with pathologically proved colorectal cancer were analyzed retrospectively.The CT characteristics were compared with the result of the surgical operation confirmation. Results：CT images showed diagnostic accuracy of invasion to serous membrane was 93.1%（27/29）,lymphadenopathy was 83.3%（5/6）,metastasis was 60.0%（3/5）,mass for 100%（36/36）,the blood-supply vessels for the tumors was 100%（23/23）. Conclusion：The lesion location and its relationship with its surroundings can be shown more clear by MPR and CPR with MSCT,which will particularly provide valuable information for surgical therapy.
