脐带绕颈对围产儿的影响

目的探讨脐带绕颈阴道试产对围产儿的影响。方法对344例妊娠合并脐带绕颈分娩者与同期分娩的1000例无脐带绕颈孕妇进行对照分析。结果脐带绕颈组胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息的发生率及剖宫产率比同期对照组高,P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论对脐带绕颈产妇可在加强产时监护的情况下予阴道试产,以降低脐带绕颈产妇的剖宫产率,并改善围生儿结局。

Effect of Umbilical Cord Winding, Neck on Perinatal Infants

OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of trial vaginal delivery in women with cord around neck fetus on the outcome of perinatal infants. METHODS There were 344 cases with umbilical cord winding nape were assigned into treatment group,and 1 000 cases without this complication into contrast group. RESULTS The fetal distress neonatal asphyxia and cesarean section rates in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.050). CONCLUSIONS The pregnant women with umbilical cord winding neck can trial vaginal delivery under strengthening electronic monitoring during the stages of labor,to reduce cesarean section rates and improve the state of perinatal infants.
