广西某医院AIDS病人住院费用分析

目的分析艾滋病(AIDS)病人住院治疗中的费用问题。方法采用Excel数据库进行数据汇总,将广西某医院艾滋病住院病人的有关资料逐一登记,并进行计算分析。结果 2010年期间,共收治903例艾滋病住院病人,1年内住院总费用达755万元,例均住院费8366元,万元以上183例,占总例数的20.3%。公费医疗者例均住院费为9750元,高于自费者的8437元;各项费用中药费占56.2%。结论早发现早治疗,减少住院天数,可最大限度地降低AIDS病人的治疗费用。

Analysis of hospitalization expenses for AIDS patients in a hospital in Guangxi

Objective To investigate costs of AIDS patients during hospitalization. Conclusion We analyzed case records of 903 patients in a hospital in 2010. Results In the year of 2010, total expense was 7,550,000 yuan, and the average cost per case was 8,366 yuan. There were 183 cases whose hospitalization expenses were over ten thousand yuan, constituting 20.3% of the cases. The average cost of the patients who were paid by GEl care was 9,750 yuan, which was higher than the cost of 8,437yuan paid by patients themselves Drug cost was the major cost, constituting 56.2% of total cost. Conclusion Early detection, early treatment and reducing the length of hospital stays may maximally reduce costs of AIDS treatment.
