| 摘 要： | 用小剂量冷冻、半周巩膜缩短术治疗8例伴有高度近视的黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离,7例成功。小剂量冷冻有轻度刺激粘连的作用,较大范围巩膜缩短,减少玻璃体腔容积,缓解玻璃体牵引,达到封闭裂孔、视网膜复位的目的。

| Abstract: | Eight cases retinal detachment with macular hole were treated by small cryotherapy and scleral shortenning operation.Seven cases obtained success.The pathogenesis of this disease and the principle of this mothod were discussed. |
