| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心理护理在危重症患者中的应用效果。方法:将84例危重症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,根据病情接受相应的心理护理。出院时采用症状自评量表对两组患者的心理状况进行比较。结果:观察组患者的心理状况优于对照组(P0.05,P0.01)。结论:做好心理护理不仅能减轻患者的不良情绪,而且有助于身体康复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological nursing used in critical illness patients. Methods： 84 patients with critical illness were divided into two groups：control group and observation group.Each group has 42 cases.The control group accepted routine nursing.The observation group accepted corresponding psychological nursing based on routine nursing.The psychological status of two groups were investigated by SCL-90. Results：The psychological status of observation group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Good psychological nursing not only can reduce patients’ unhealthy emotion,but also promote patients’ rehabilitation. |
