健脾疏肝汤联合肝脾双栓治疗原发性肝癌合并脾功能亢进临床研究

目的:探讨中药健脾疏肝汤联合肝脾动脉双栓塞法治疗原发性肝癌合并脾功能亢进的临床疗效。方法:将60例原发性肝癌合并脾功能亢进患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均行肝脾动脉双栓塞术及肝动脉灌注化疗术。治疗组同时给予中药健脾疏肝汤口服,观察患者肝功能、血常规、AFP测量门静脉、脾静脉直径及肿瘤大小。结果:治疗组患者肝功能恢复明显优于对照组(P<0.05)、AFP低于对照组(P<0.05)、门静脉及脾静脉直径明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且并发症发生率低于对照组。结论:中药健脾疏肝汤联合肝脾动脉双栓塞法治疗原发性肝癌合并脾功能亢进能改善肝功能,降低门脉压力,延缓肿瘤进展,降低并发症发生率。

The clinical study of interventional therapy combining with Jianpi Shugan decoction for treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma with spleen hyperfunction

Objective:To study the clinical effect of interventional therapy combining with Jianpi Shugan decoction in treating primary hepatic carcinoma with spleen hyperfunction.Methods: The 60 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma and spleen hyperfunction were divided into treatment group and control group randomly,in all cases hepatic artery and splenic artery were emblized,in treatment group,the patients were instructed to apply Jianpi Sugan decoction one time per day.The liver function,routine blood test,AFP,diameter of portal vein and spleen vein,and the size of tumor were detected.Results: The liver function in treatment group restores obviously surpassed that in control group(P<0.05),AFP was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the diameter of liver portal vein and spleen vein in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group.Also the illness complication rate was lower than that in control group.Conclusion: That Jianpi Shugan decoction combining with interventional therapy can restore the liver function,lower the press of portal vein,delay the progress of tumor,reduce the illness complication formation rate in treating the primary hepatic carcinoma with spleen hyperfunction.
