老年胰十二指肠切除术围手术期的护理

目的探讨老年胰、十二指肠切除术围手术期的护理方法,减少并发症。方法通过对23例胰头及壶腹部肿瘤患者行胰、十二指肠切除术,做好患者术前评估、心理护理、病情观察、预防并发症。结果本组23例患者中,治愈19例,并发胰瘘2例,合并糖尿病1例,死亡1例。结论老年胰、十二指肠切除患者手术风险大,术后护理要求高,为了让患者安全度过围手术期,围手术期建立有效的护理措施对患者术后恢复有着重要意义,并且是提高患者手术安全性和减少并发症的关键。

THE PERI-OPERATIVE NURSING FOR SENILE PATIENTS UNDERGOING PANCREATICODUODENECTOMY

Objective To explore the nursing on perioperative period of senile patients who would take panereatieoduodeneetomy, so as to avoid complication. Methods 23 patients with cancer of the head of the pancreas or periampullary adenocarcinoma before taking pancreafieoduodenectomy, we finished preoperative assessment, and paid attention to the state of illness and the mental nursing to avoid complication. Results The results showed that in the group 19 patients cured,2 patients had panereatie fistula at the same time, 1 patient was diabetic, and 1 patient died. Conclusion The surgical risk of senile patients with pancreaticoduodeneetomy was high. It was strict in postoperative nursing. So as to let patients pass perioperative period safely, taking effective nursing during perioperative period was of great importance to patients postoperative healing, and it was the linchpin to enhance the security of operation and avoid complication.
