创伤性休克患者血浆肾上腺髓质素的变化

摘    要:目的 探讨创伤性休克患者血浆肾上腺髓质素(AM)的变化特点及其机制。方法 造反例合并创伤性休克的多发伤患者作为研究对象,于休克早期(EP)和晚期(LP)分别用放免法测定血浆AM浓度。结果 EP和LP时血浆AM分别增加了320%和170%(P〈0.05)。结论 创伤性休克患者血浆AM在休克早、晚期均显著性升高,提示AM在创伤性休克发生发展中起重要的调节作用。

Abstract:Objective The study was designed to explore the changes of plasma adrenomedullin (AM) and its mechanism of patients in traumatic shock.Methods 9 patients with traumatic shock in multiple injury were selected.Plasma AM was measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) in early periods (EP) and late periods (LP) of shock.Results Plasma AM of patients was increased by 320% and 170% in EP and LP,respectively (P<0 05) Conclusion Plasma AM increased in EP and LP of traumatic shock statistically,so we consider that AM may play important role in the process of traumatic shock.
