心脉灵液对内毒素休克大鼠血浆和肺溶酶体酶含量的影响

摘    要:在内毒素休克大白鼠模型上观察到肺系数明显增高,支气管肺泡灌洗液(BAL)中的分子量40S萤不素右旋酿酥(FD—40S)含量明显上升,同时血浆及肺组织酸性磷酸酶(ACP)增高,与正常对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.01);用心脉灵液进行治疗,肺系数及BAL中FD—40S含量均下降,血浆及肺组织ACP也降低,因此说明内毒素引起的肺血管通透性增加与溶酶体酶的释放有密切的关系,而心脉灵液可通过抑制溶酶体的释放而减轻溶酶体酶对肺组织的损伤,从而起到保护肺组织的作用。

Abstract:Experiment results show that in the treated group XML(10ml/kg body weight)was administered following endotoxin,acid phosphatase(ACP)activity in plasma and lung tissue decreased significantly at 1,3 h over endotoxin shock group;lung coefficient and pulmonary microvascular permeability fell.The results suggested that lysosome played an important role in lung Injury caused by endotoxln.XML most probably through inhibiting PMN form releasing enzymes,prevented lung injury during endotoxin shock.
