姜黄素降血脂及抗氧化作用的研究

摘    要:把姜黄素和高脂饲料同时给予大鼠,观察姜黄素对高脂血症形成的影响及抗氧化作用。结果表明,姜黄素有抑制高脂饲料所致的血中总胆固醇、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白B的升高作用。姜黄素降低apoB水平,进而抑制LDL代谢,可能是姜黄素降血脂的机理之一,姜黄素能提高血清中的总抗氧化能力、SOD 活性

Abstract:HLP has high occurrence among middle age and veteranpopulation.The occurrence of HLP rises with age and life condition.Surveys and clinical data indicate that HLP is relative to As and CAD. The effect of curcumin administration in lowering blood fat and antioxidation in Wistar rats fed with high fat diet was studied.The results show:rats fed with curcumin and high fat diet had lower levels of cholesterol,triglycerides andapolipoprotein B in serum compared to the control group receiving high fat diet alone.SOD activity and Toatal Antioxidation Capability in serum of group fed with curcumin and high fat diet were higher than those of control group.
