吸毒人员隐孢子虫感染及其免疫功能状态的研究

目的了解男性静脉吸毒人员隐孢子虫的感染及其免疫功能状态。方法对研究对象进行调查,采用快速改良抗酸染色法检测粪便中隐孢子虫卵囊,用免疫透射比浊法、双抗体夹心ABCELISA法测血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)和白介素-12。结果男性静脉吸毒人员隐孢子虫感染率为19.05%。隐孢子虫阳性组IgM、IgA和阴性组IgG高于对照组(P<0.05);隐孢子虫阳性组和阴性组白介素-12均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论男性静脉吸毒人员是隐孢子虫感染的高危人群,其免疫功能受到一定程度的抑制,对隐孢子虫易感性增加。

Study on the incidence of Cryptosporidium infection and the state of immune function of intravenous drug abusers

To investigate the incidence of Cryptosporidium infection and the state of immune function of intravenous drug abusers, an interview was drawn to get the data of all subjects, the incidence of Cryptosporidium infection was evaluated by modified acid fast stain to search for the oocysts in feces, and the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM as well as the IL-12 in serum were determined by immuno-turbidimetric assay and ABC-ELISA respectively. It was found that the incidence of Cryptosporidium infection among the intravenous abusers was 19.05%. The levels of IgA and IgM of subjects infected with Cryptosporidium and IgG of the non-infected subjects were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the levels of IL-12 in Cryptosporidium-infected and non-infected subjects were all significantly lower than that of the control group.It is concluded that the chance of infection with Crptospordium is high in male intravenous drug abusers in comparison with that of the control group. The immune function of these subjects is subjected to be suppressed to some extent and the susceptibility to Cryptosporidium infection is increased.
