胃类癌的X线诊断(附5例报告)

胃类癌是一种特殊类型的低度恶性肿瘤，非常少见。本文报告了经手术、病理证实的５例胃类癌。Ｘ线征象：（１）孤立壁内性充盈缺损（１例），（２）大溃疡（２例），（３）息肉样腔内肿瘤（１例），（４）胃壁广泛浸润（１例）。作者认为：本病Ｘ线表现虽多种多样，但缺乏特异性。术前诊断非常困难，必须把临床、实验室、纤维胃镜和Ｘ线资料相结合。确诊必须靠手术、病理或尸检。

X-ray Diagnosis of Gastric Carcinoids(Reported of 5 Cases)

Gastric carcinoids were specially typical low degree malignant tumors. These tumors occured rarely in the stomach. In this article 5 cases of gastric carcinoids confirmed by operation and pathology were reported. The x-ray signs included:(1) single intramural defects (1 case),(2) large gastric ulcer(2 cases),(3) polypoid intraluminal lesions (1 case), and (4) extensive infiltration of gastric wall (1 case). The authors believed that the radiographic features were variable and nonspecific. Preoperative diagnosis was difficult and required a synthesis of clinic, laboratory, fibergastrioscope and x-ray findings. The correct diagnosis of gastric carcinoids was made by operation or autopsy and pathology.
