| 摘 要： | 目的 分析近3年湖北地区部分HIV／AIDS患者流行病学及临床特征。方法 收集146例HIV／AIDS患者临床资料，并从流行情况、临床表现及辅助检查指标等方面作回顾性分析。结果 患者中男性占59．6％，农民占63．7％，已知感染途径者以血液传播为主(57／82)。发热、消瘦及皮肤、口腔感染为主要临床特征，常伴发丙型肝炎和结核等疾病，WBC总数及CD4T淋巴细胞数明显减少。接受正规治疗者较少。结论 湖北地区HIV／AIDS患者逐年增加，且临床表现复杂易致误诊。应增强防范意识，加大预防及治疗力度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of some HIV/AIDS pa tients in Hubei province. Methods The clinical data of 146 HIV/AIDS cases were collected and analyzed retrospectively in epidemiology, clinical features and laboratory t ests. Results 146 cases of HIV/AIDS were transmitted mainly by transf usion and blood products. Fever, weight loss and infections of skin and mouth we re main clinical characters. They were frequently co-infected with hepatitis C, tuberculosis and so on. The total number of WBC and CD4 T cells was remarkably reduced. Only a few patients accepted anti-HIV/AIDS treatments. Conclusion The incidence of HIV/AIDS has been rising yearly in Hubei province, and its clinical symptoms were complicated and easily caused mis diagnosis. |
