慢性肝炎患者血浆内毒素水平与肝纤维化指标及肝脏病理的关系

目的　探讨慢性肝炎患者血浆内毒素水平与肝纤维化指标及肝脏病理的关系。方法　选择慢性肝炎患者 75例和体检正常健康者 15例 ,均采用基质显色法检测血浆内毒素 (ET)水平 ,放射免疫法测定血清肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、PC -Ⅲ和Ⅳ -C) ,并对其中 2 0例患者行肝组织活检。结果　慢性肝炎患者血浆内毒素水平与肝纤维化指标呈正相关 ;活检病例病理分级分期与血清肝纤维化指标及内毒素水平存在相关性。结论　血清肝纤维化指标与内毒素水平可作为肝脏病理损害的判断指标之一 ,内毒素血症在肝纤维化发生发展中起重要作用。

Relationship between plasma endotoxin level and hepatic fibrosis index and pathology in patients with chronic hepatitis

Objective It is to study the relationship between plasma endotoxin level and hepatic fibrosis index and pathology in patients with chronic hepatitis.Methods 75 patients with chronic hepatitis and 15 healthy persons were chosen. Their plasma endotoxin levels were measured with chromogenic limulus amebocyte lysate method and their serum hepatic fibrosis indexes (HA, LN, PC-Ⅲ and Ⅳ-C) were measured with radioimmunoassay method. Hepatic biopsy was performed on 20 patients.Results There was a positive correlation between plasma endotoxin level and hepatic fibrosis index in patients with chronic hepatitis, and hepatic pathology grade and staging had a relationship with serum hepatic fibrosis index and endotoxin level.Conclusion Serum hepatic fibrosis index and endotoxin level can be used as one of indexes to diagnose hepatic pathology injury. Endotoxemia plays an important role in the course of hepatic fibrosis happening and development.
