| 摘 要： | 报告1例组织细胞吞噬性脂膜炎和2例皮下脂膜炎样T细胞淋巴瘤。3例患者发病年龄13～38岁，病和8.5～22个月，初发症状多为多发皮下结节成红斑，伴局部压痛及不规则发势。例1、例2死于消化道大出血或脑出血，例3死于多器官功能衰竭.

| Abstract: | In this study,we describe one case of subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma (SPTL)and two cases fo fatal cytophagic histocytic panniculitis(CHP)respectively.The ages of onset were13to38years old.The duration of disease ranged from8.5to22months.Major of the initial complains were multiple subcutaneous nodules or erythema ,accompanied with tenderness and irregular fever.Two patients died of sever bleeding of gastrointestinal tract or cerebral hemarrhage and another one died of the failure of multiple organs. |
