复方牙痛贴膜抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

目的：观察复方牙痛贴膜的抗炎镇痛作用。方法：以解痉镇痛酊为对照药物，采用热板致痛法、醋酸扭体法、二甲苯致炎法，观察复方牙痛贴膜的抗炎镇痛作用。结果：复方牙痛贴膜高、中、低剂量组与解痉镇痛酊组相比，给药后30mi。到90min痛阈值差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），120mill后，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。随着剂量增加，膜剂各剂量组小鼠扭体次数减少，与对照组相比，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），膜剂中、高剂量组和解痉镇痛酊组的扭体抑制率，分别为44．33％、68．22％、71．86％。膜剂高、中、低剂量组与解痉镇痛酊组耳廓肿胀抑制率分别为56．52％、36．96％、13．04％、45．65％，肿胀度与对照组比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。膜剂各剂量组小鼠耳廓染料渗出液吸光度值与解痉镇痛酊组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：复方牙痛贴膜具有较强的抗炎镇痛作用，是一种疗效较好的外用制剂。

Experimental study of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Fufangyatong film

Objective： To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Fufangyatong film. Methods： With the original drug Jiejingzhentong tincture as a contrast,the hot-plate, acetic acid body twist and xylene- induced inflammation test were used to observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Fufangyatong film. Results： In hot-plate test,the pain threshold of film groups and tincture group after 30min to 90 min had no significant difference,but there was significant difference after 120 rain. The body twist was reduced with the increas of dosage in film groups;there was significant diffenence compared with the control group. The repression rates of the ear swelling in high, medium and low dosage film group and the tincture group were 56.52%, 36.96%, 13.04% and 45.65% respectively,there were significant differences. There was no statistic significance about the difference of the dye effusion among all the drug groups. Conclusion： Fufangyatong film has stronger and longer anti-inflammatory and analgesic function, and it is a preparation for external use with better efficacy.
