摘    要:目的:优选茵陈四苓颗粒的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以水提物的干浸膏重量、芍药苷的含量为综合评分指标,优选茵陈四苓颗粒的最佳水提工艺。结果:茵陈四苓颗粒最佳水提取工艺为:浸泡1.5h,加12倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1h。结论:该提取工艺客观可行,稳定合理,可为工艺生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the water extracting technology of Yinchen Siling grain. Methods: Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction with the content of target ingredient peoniflorin and the dry weight of the extract as comprehensive evaluation indexes. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:soaking time 1.5 h, water, decoction 1 h for 3 times. Conclusion: This extraction process is stable, reasonable and practical, and can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
