| 摘 要： | 对７８例脑出血病人的年龄及意识状态的分析，显示年龄和意识状态对预测急性脑出血早期死亡具一定的临床意义。年龄越大，死亡率越高，每增大一岁，死亡的危险性增加３．４７倍。意识状态越差，存活时间越短，而且意识状态越差，脑出血量越大（脑叶ｒ＝－０．８００２Ｐ〈０．０１；基底节ｒ＝－０．７９８７，Ｐ〈０．０１）。容易导致死亡，脑干了血意识障碍最差。

| Abstract: | Seventy eight Patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were analysed. Result showed that the age and the state of consciousness were of significance for the prognosis. The older the age was., the more mortabity rate occurred, in which the increase of one year old attributed to 3.47 times of increase for death risk. on the other hand, a deterioration of the state of consciousness showed a shorter survival period ( r =0.75 P <0.01)and a greater amount of cerebral hemorrhage (brain lobe: r =-0.8002 P <0.01;basal ganglion: r =-0.7987, P <0.01) was more likely to result in death. Hemorrhage of the brain stem manifested the worst state of consciousness. |
