| 摘 要： | 目的 观察针刺足阳明胃经特定穴治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效。方法将60例功能性消化不良的病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组针刺足阳明胃经特定穴，对照组针刺非经非穴。每日针刺1次。每次0．5h，5次为1个疗程。治疗4个疗程。疗程结束和1月后随访时评价临床疗效。结果①治疗组各症状上腹饱胀不适、早饱、上腹痛、上腹烧灼感的总有效率分别为85．72％、78．26％、94．11％、60％，明显高于对照组19．23％、20％、6．25%、7．69％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。（参治疗完成和1月后随访两组消化不良症状积分（FDI）相对治疗前均显著降低，且同期比较治疗组FDI明显低于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论①两组针刺对FD餐后饱胀不适等症均有不同程度的改善作用。②两组在改善FDI方面不但具有较好的近期疗效，且具有很好的远期疗效。且治疗组的疗效优于对照组。 |
