| 摘 要： | 目的观察赤灵芝制剂对脑缺血再灌注后脑及血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）的影响。方法取健康成年沙土鼠70只,随机分为4组。⑴假手术组：10只,只作颈总动脉分离手术。⑵对照组：20只,手术后给予生理盐水。⑶预防组：20只,10只预防性应用药物10天,术后用10天;另10只照此剂量预防用药3天,术后用3天,与对照组同时处死取材。⑷治疗组：20只,手术后治疗3天10只,10天10只,与对照组同时处死取材,眼球放血,取血清备用。前脑制成脑匀浆,离心后取上清液进行MDA及SOD测定。结果MDA及SOD结果显示赤灵芝制剂能显著保护SOD酶的活性,减轻脑缺血再灌注对脑组织SOD酶的破坏,降低MDA含量,各组之间有显著性差异（P（0.01-0.05）。结论赤灵芝制剂通过显著提高血清SOD的活性,降低沙土鼠脑内及血清内脂质过氧化产物MDA的含量。
