| 摘 要： | 目的：提高直肠肛管损伤早期诊断与治疗水平。方法：回顾性总结分析我院收住直肠肛管损伤50例病人的诊治经验。结果：49例痊愈，1例死亡，总的死亡率为2％(1／50)，并发症发生率为22％(11／50)。结论：直肠肛管损伤伤情复杂，诊治过程中应有所突出，诊治并重。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the early diagnosis and treatment of anorectal injury. Method: The experience of diagnosis and treatment in 50 cases of anorectal injury in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Result: 49 cases recovered and 1 case died. The overall mortality was 2%(1/50) and morbidity of the complications was 22%(11/50). Conclusion: The condition of anorectal injury is very complicated. Due attention should be paid to the diagnosis and treatment. |
