| 摘 要： | 目的 了解机构养老现状,为进一步提高养老机构在住老人生命质量提供对策与建议.方法 采用调查表与访谈方式了解上海市某区养老机构在住老人的状况及机构日常管理情况、存在的问题.结果 该区养老机构在住老人具有以下特点:高龄多,女性多,丧偶者多,文盲及小学文化水平者多,患病者多,生活不能自理者多.存在的问题主要为:养老机构的床位数不能满足需求,管理者与服务人员的水平参差不齐,服务项目与内容单一等.结论 需进一步加强对人口老龄化工作的领导,完善机构养老的各项政策,逐步形成完整的养老服务体系.
