浆膜反应型早期胃癌的淋巴结转移及预后

目的探讨浆膜反应型早期胃癌的淋巴结转移及预后,为淋巴结合理清除及预后判断提供依据。方法回顾性分析63例早期胃癌的浆膜分型、淋巴结转移及术后随访资料。结果浆膜正常型胃癌患者的淋巴结转移率(7.8%)低于浆膜反应型转移率(50.0%),差别有统计学意义(χ2=15.93,P=0.00)。浆膜正常型和浆膜反应型的5a生存率分别为98.0%和83.3%,差别有统计学意义(χ2=15.14,P=0.00)。结论浆膜反应型早期胃癌淋巴结转移率较浆膜正常型高且预后较差。

Lymph node metastasis and prognosis in the type of serosal reactive early gastric cancer

Objective To explore lymph node metastasis and prognosis of early gastric cancer patients with serosa response and in order to provide a foundation for rational lymph node dissection and prognosis. Methods The type of serosa invasion,lymph node metastasis and follow up data of 63 patients with early gastric cancers were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of lymph node metastasis of normal serosa and reactive serosa type was 7. 8% and 50. 0% respectively,and there was a significant difference between them( χ2 = 15. 93,P = 0. 00) . The five-year survival rates of normal serosa and reactive serosa type was 98. 0% and 83. 3% respectively,there was a significant difference between them( χ2 = 15. 14,P = 0. 00) . Conclusion The incidence of lymph node metastasis of the reactive serosa type in early gastric cancer patients was higher than the normal serosa type,and the prognosis is poor.
