油酸钠与紫外线及维生素C灭活水泡性口炎病毒的试验观察

摘    要:采用细胞感染法,对油酸钠、短波紫外线(UVC)、维生素C(Vit C)灭活水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)的作用进行了试验观察。结果,当油酸钠含量为2.0~3.0 mg/L,作用温度为4~37℃时,随着油酸钠含量和温度的提高,VSV滴度下降值由 1.17lg TCID50增至4.50lg TCID50;而作用时间在 0.5~2h之间变化,对病毒灭活效果无明显影响。UVC照射剂量为 25 500~204 000 J/m2,可使 VSV下降 2.39~5.00个对数滴度,剂量-效应关系为指数函数关系。Vit C对 VSV无明显灭活作用。

Abstract:The efficacy of sodium oleate, short-wave ultraviolet rays (UVC) and vitamin C (vit C) in inactivating vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV) was observed experimentally by means of cell infection method. The results indicated that when 2.0~3.0 mg/L of sodium oleate was used at the temperature of 4~37℃, reduction of VSV titer increased from 1.l7lg TCID50 to 4.50 lg TCID50 with increase in concentration of sodium oleate and the temperature, while varia- tion in exposure time from 0.5 to 2 h did not influence significantly the efficacy of inactivating the virus. UVC irradiation dose of 25 500~204 000 J/m2 could reduce the VSV titer by 2.39 ~5.00 lg and the dose-effect relation was exponential function relation. Vit C had no signifi- cant inactivating effect on VSV.
