慢胃灵合剂对大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗的实验研究

[目的]研究慢胃灵合剂对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜病理组织学、血清超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛及增殖细胞核抗原的影响。[方法]用理化损伤法建立CAG大鼠模型，用不同剂量的慢胃灵合剂大鼠灌胃，检测大鼠血清SOD、MDA水平，观察胃黏膜组织学改变，并用免疫组织化学方法检测PCNA。[结果]模型组SOD为（73．12±4．77）U／mL，MDA为（5．90±0．24）nmol／mL，PCNA指数为（42．59±0．75）％，胃黏膜组织病变明显。慢胃灵合剂大、中、小剂量治疗组与模型组相比SOD水平明显升高，分别为（98．42±7．05）U／mL、（89．78±7．25）U／mL、（82．21±7．01）U／mL，MDA水平明显降低，分别为（4．30±0．37）nmoL／mL、（4．91±0．31）nmol／mL、（5．21±0．28）nmol／mL，PCNA指数明显降低，分别为（26．89±0．65）％、（27．60±0．70）％、（29．13±0．74）％，胃黏膜组织病变改变明显。[结论]慢胃灵合剂具有消除自由基、抗氧化和抑制胃黏膜细胞过度增殖的作用。

Role of manweiling(MWL) mixture in chronic atrophic gastritis of rats

[Objective] To observe the effect of manweiling(MWL) mixture on the serum SOD,MDA and the proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and gastric mucosa pathological change in CAG of rats model.[Methods] CAG model was established by physical and chemical method,and the rats were poured into stomach with the different doses of MWL mixture.The serum level of SOD、MDA were detected,the histological changes was observed by microscopy and PCNA expression was detected by immunohistochemistry method.[Results] In model group,the serum SOD was(73.12±4.77)U/mL,MDA was(5.90±0.24) nmol/mL,and the PCNA was(42.59±0.75)%.The pathologic changes of gastric mucosa were significantly worse.Respectively compared to model group,there was significant difference in SOD,MDA and PCNA.In the groups with high,middle and low doses,SOD were(98.42±7.05)U/mL,(89.78±7.25)U/mL and(82.21±7.01)U/mL,MDA were(4.30±0.37) nmol/mL,(4.91±0.31) nmol/mL and(5.21±0.28) nmol/mL,PCNA were(26.89±0.65)%,(27.60±0.70)% and(29.13±0.74)%.[Conclusion] MWL could protect gastric mucosa and inhibit the hyperplasia of gastric mucosa in rat.
