| 摘 要： | 目的提高广大人民群众对肺结核病防治知识知晓率和肺结核病人的发现率，有效遏制肿结核病的流行蔓延。方法通过逐门逐户面对面宣传结核病防治知识，对人户登记的咳嗽咳痰多于2周并伴有片他肺结核症状的疑似病人到结防机构确诊等情况进行统计学分析。结果全市人户率为92.61％，宣传率为87．61％。，登记疑似肺结核病人11489人，结防机构门诊就诊人数较上年同期上升94．55％，发现初治涂阳病人226洲、复治涂阳病人29例、初治涂刚病人943洲。结论通过面对面宣传．群众对结核病防治知识知晓率明显提高，可疑肺结核病人就诊率和涂阳肺结核病人发现率显著增加。
