摘    要:目的了解武汉市公共场所大型中央空凋冷却水中军团菌的污染情况及主要血清型。方法于2007年9~10月,采集武汉市八个城区23家宾馆、8家大型商场和6家医疗机构中央空调冷却塔冷却水,应用GVPC、BCYE培养基进行嗜肺军团菌分离培养,进行血清分型及鉴定。结果冷却塔冷却水中嗜肺军团菌的污染率达到29.73%(11/37),共分离到军团菌11株。血清型以LP1为主,达45.50%(6/16)。结论武汉市公共场所大型中央空调冷却水中军团菌检出率较高,对市民健康构成了威胁,特别是医疗机构的军团菌的污染率高达33.3%,需要我们加强控制。
