沈阳市食盐碘含量水平监测结果分析

摘    要:目的掌握沈阳市食盐碘含量水平的动态变化,为碘缺乏病防治提供依据。方法按《全国碘盐监测方案》进行分层抽样。盐样数量:碘盐加工和分装批发企业360份;居民户3744;小学生家5243份。食盐碘含量检验按GB/T13025.7-1999中直接滴定法定量测定,判定标准执行GB5461-2000标准。结果2007年监测结果:加工和分装批发部门合格率100%;居民户监测碘盐合格率99.05%,合格碘盐食用率97.38%、非碘盐率1.68%;小学生家碘盐合格率99.38%,合格碘盐食用率98.21%、非碘盐率1.18%。2005~2007年碘盐合格率波动在99.05%~99.97%之间;2007年非碘盐多达125份,占65.10%,明显高于前两年,差异非常显著(P<0.005)。结论沈阳市食盐碘含量水平监测中抽检企业全部为合格碘盐,居民户和小学生家碘盐合格率达到GB16006-1995碘缺乏病消除标准(碘盐合格率>90%),高于全国碘盐合格率水平,普及碘盐在防治和消除碘缺乏病工作中取得了持续有效的成果。

Abstract:Objective To master the dynamic change of the content of iodized edible salt in Shenyang City, and to provide evidence to prevent from iodine deficiency.
