| 摘 要： | 目的进一步了解公共卫生服务体系建设状况，探索可持续发展的基层公共卫生服务模式，保障广大人民群众身体健康和生命安全。方法于2007年7月。2008年6月对山东省滨州市滨城区公共卫生体系建设状况进行调查。结果建立了部门协作、社会参与、齐抓共管的公共卫生服务模式。调查中发现在人员、经费和体制等方面存在制约因素。结论加大财政投入，加强管理，逐步完善公共卫生服务体系建设。
