摘    要:目的:运用独立成份分析技术提取心电信号中的子成份。方法:简要讨论独立成份分析技术的模型、理论和算法,然后采用具有心电信号特征的仿真数据,验证了独立成份分析重构独立信号的能力,最后用独立成份分析技术分析实际的四导联同步心电信号,以及从房颤病人采集的带房颤波的心电信号。结果:仿真和实际实验表明独立成份分析可以提取心电中的成份,甚至是微弱的掩埋在背景中的成份。结论:独立成份分析技术,具有从综合心电信号中分离出心房颤动波的能力。

Abstract:Objective: Independent component analysis (ICA) was employed to extract sub-signal of Electrocardiosignal (ECS). Methods: The mode, theory and algorithms of ICA were discussed briefly. The ability of ICA to extract independent signal was confirmed in simulation experiment that the data had the feature of Electrocardiosignal (ECS). Finally, real 4-lead simultaneous recording ECS was analyzed, also atrial fibrillation (AF) wave that was acquired from volunteer with AF. Results: The experimental results show that ICA can extract components of multi-lead simultaneous recording ECS, especially the weak one of burying in background Conclusion:ICA can decompose AF wave from composite ECS.
