| 摘 要： | 为了观察慢性支气管炎单纯型和喘息型患者的白细胞移动有无差别，应用Ｂｏｙｄｅｎ小室注射检测慢性支气管单纯型和喘息型患者外周血白细胞随机移动（ＲＭ）及趋化移动（ｃｈｔＭ）结果，两实验组患者ＲＭ及ｃｈｔＭ均较健康对照组明显增高（Ｐ均〈０．０１）提示白细胞移动改变在慢性支气炎发发生和发展中具有一定意义，喘息型组的ＲＭ及ｃｈｔＭ又较单纯型明显增高（Ｐ〈０．０１）可能为喘息型患者出现临床喘息的内在原因之一。

| Abstract: | We detected random migrations (RM) and chemotaction migrations (chtM) of peripheral white bloodcells in patients with simple and asthmatic bronchitis by Boyden migration chamber method to investigate if there is anydifference on migration of white blood cells between the two groups- Results:The RM and chtM of the two groups werehigher significantly than that of healthy control group (P<0. 01),suggesting that migration of white blood cells do somerole in arising and development of chronic bronchitis, the RM and chtM of the asthmatic bronchitis group was higherthan that of sipmle bronchitis group (Pr0. 01 ),it might be one of the reasons of onset of asthmatic symptoms in pa-tients with asthmatic bronchitis. |
