| 摘 要： | 目的:观察减肥调脂胶囊对高脂血症之胃热湿阻证的临床疗效。方法:将60例高脂血症胃热湿诅证患者随机分为两组,每组30例。治疗组用减肥调脂胶囊治疗,对照组用月见草油胶丸治疗,疗程30 d,观察两组疗效及治疗后血脂变化。结果:治疗组总有效率93．3％,对照组总有效率83．3％,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。两组TC、TG、LDL-C均下降,HDL-C均上升,治疗前后的差值比较,治疗组除在降TG方面与对照组无显著性差异外,其余各项的改善均明显优于对照组(P<0．05)。结论:减肥调脂胶囊有明显的调脂作用,对高脂血症之胃热湿阻证有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: investigate the curative effect of JianfeiTiaozhi capsule on WeireShizu syndrome in hyperlipemia. Methods: divide 60 patients into 30 patients in target group (JianfeiTiaozhi capsule) and 30 in control group (Oenothera biennis L. oil pill), investigate changes of blood fat and symptom after and before treating. Results: in both group TG, TC and LDL -G are lowered, HDL -C is highered; based on the difference of after and before treating in target group except that change of TG is nearly none, other all index are better than in control group (P <0. 05) ; compared to the latest clinical curative effect of control group, it is significant (P <0. 01). Conclusion: JianfeiTiaozhi capsule has a good lowering fat effect. |
