整体护理在妊娠合并乙型肝炎患者中的应用研究

目的：探讨整体护理在乙肝合并妊娠患者中的临床应用价值。方法：将120例患有慢性乙型肝炎合并妊娠的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,两组均给予常规医学治疗 对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予包括心理干预在内的整体护理。比较两组患者治疗护理前后的焦虑状态,围产期并发症的发生情况。结果：与对照组相比,观察组患者出院时的SAS评分较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01） 围产期呕吐、黄疸、肝大、产后出血、产褥热等并发症的发生率均少于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：在治疗的基础上,给予乙肝合并妊娠的患者整体护理措施,对减轻患者的心理焦虑状态,减少孕妇围产期并发症具有重要意义。

Effect of holistic nursing care for patients with viral hepatitis B complicating pregnancy

Objective To explore the clinical value of holistic nursing care in the treatment of patients with viral hepatitis B complicating pregnancy.MethodTotal 120 patients with viral hepatitis B complicating pregnancy were divided into two groups randomly.Except for routine medical treatments,the observation group(n=60) received holistic nursing care including mental nursing,the control group(n=60) received routine nursing.The SAS score and the occurrence of perinatal complications of pregnancy in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe SAS score of the observation group was less than the control group when patients left hospital(P<0.01),and the incidence of perinatal vomit,jaundice,hepatomegaly,postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal fever in the observation group was still lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionIt can reduce the patients′ psychological anxious condition and the perinatal complications with holistic nursing care combined with appropriate medical treatments for patients with viral hepatitis B complicating pregnancy.
