20例颧骨颧弓骨折的临床分析

颧骨和颧弓是面部比较突出的骨性支架，容易受外力的直接打击而发生骨折．本文介绍20例颧骨颧弓骨折，对患者年龄、性别、致伤原因、骨折类型、临床表现和治疗情况作了分析．作者对本组畸形不明显，外形要求不高，功能障碍不大的6例颧骨颧弓骨折未进行复位，而采取理疗、机械练习张口度，另外14例采用颞部切开复位，术后无论从外形及功能上均较理想．本文对本病的治疗方法和手术体会讨论如下．

Clinical Analysis of 20 Patients with Malar and Zygomatic Arch Fracture

Malar aam zygomatic arch are more protrusive bony brace of face, they easily received direct hit and then fractUre. This article introduced the clinical analysis of 20 cases with malar and zygomatic arch fracture and analysed age, sex,cause, classification, symptom and treatment. The author didn't adopt reduction to 6 cases of malar and zygomaic arch which were wot obvious facial deformity and evident dysfuncion, but adopted physiotherapy and mechanically practising open mouth,open reduction of temple was adopted in other 14 cases, the author got satisfaCtory effect in both shape and function after operation. The treatment method and operated experiment of the disease discussed sketchily in the article.
