| 摘 要： | 观察应用中药促进膝骨关节炎关节镜清理术后膝关节功能的恢复。75例患者采用关节镜下清理术配合中医药熏洗和内服治疗。结果：随访3～12个月52例。优良率76．9％；随访13～24个月23例。优良率65．2％。提示中药配合关节镜清理术治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese medicine and arthroscopic clearance in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,75 subjects were treated by arthroscopic clearance and Chinese medicines.Results:52 cases were surveyed between 3-12 months with the excellent rate of 76.9%;23 cases were surveyed between 13-24 months with the excellent rate of 65.2%.It is indicated that combined Chinese medicine and arthroscopic clearance has positive effects on knee osteoarthritis. |
