| 摘 要： | 观察了应用小剂量重组白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）静脉点滴治疗晚期肺癌，胸腔内注射治疗肺转移癌。在治疗前后分别测定其自然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ）和淋巴因子活化杀伤细胞（ＬＡＫ）活性。结果显示小剂量ＩＬ－２静脉点滴治疗晚期肺癌有一定疗效，治疗后ＮＫ活性和ＬＡＫ活性显著升高。

| Abstract: | We observed the effects of low-dose recombinant interleukin-2 (IL-2)in the treat0ment of patients with advanced lung cancer by intravenous drip,and compared that with the effects by injecting IL-2 into thoracic cavity to cure lung metastatic tumor. The activities of nature killer(NK) cells and LAK cells from patients were measured at the beginning and end of the treatment. We found that 4 of 14 patients were improved by low-dose IL-2 according to the decrease of tumor diameter being more than 25%,The activities of NK and LAK cells increased significantly at the end of treatment ( P<0. 05). |
