| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨意外抗体检测在Rh阴性患者中的分布规律及应用价值。方法：分析我院1998-2008年221 700例需要备血患者的RhD血型资料及意外抗体检测资料。结果：在221 700例患者中共检出798阴性患者（0.36%）,其中出现意外抗体18例,分别为10例抗-D（1.25%）、4例抗-E（0.50%）、1例抗-S（0.125%）、1例抗-C（0.125%）、1例抗-M（0.125%）,1例抗-Fyb（0.125%）。结论：对Rh阴性患者进行意外抗体检测,可以有效既可以有效保障临床安全输血的顺利实施,同时也能避免出现冰冻血液报废等输血问题。
