| 摘 要： | 目的总结头颅皮肤软组织缺损的治疗经验。方法分析作者近17年来经治的628例头颅皮肤软组织缺损患者的治疗方法。结果628例病员中除5例合并有其他部位严重烧伤而死亡外均存活。495例出现有头颅或供皮(瓣)区的疤痕。全部病例头颅皮肤软组织缺损创面均得到修复。结论头颅皮肤软组织缺损的治疗是以修复创面为主的综合治疗,早期稳定全身生命体征至关重要。创面的修复方法应根据头颅皮肤软组织缺损局部创面的深浅大小等具体情况而合理选择。

| Abstract: | Objective The main aims of this paper is to summarize treatment experience of physiological defect of skin and soft tissue on head.Methods In this paper the authors analyzes treatment method of 628 physiological defect of skin and soft tissue on head occurred in the past 17 years.Results There are 5 death cases out of 628 cases.The others survive.495cases appeared scar on head or rear of supply skin.Physiological defect of skin and soft tissue on head of all cases have been repaired.Conclusion Treatment of physiological defect of skin and soft tissue on head is wounds repaire,which is one of complex metholds.It is a very vital to stable sighs of life at early stage.The concrete choice of repaires is according to sizes and depths of wounds. |
