抑癌基因P16在涎腺腺样囊性癌中的表达意义

目的：探讨抑癌基因P16与涎腺腺样囊性癌的发生发展的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学法检测30例腺样囊性癌中P16基因表达情况。结果：腺样囊性癌组织中阳性表达率为76．6％，P16蛋白阳性率在腺样囊性癌的腺样型，管状型，混合型，实体型中分别为90％，100％，42．9％，显示P16蛋白表达阳性率随恶性程度的上升而,降低，P16阳性与阴性之间的5年生存率则无明显差异。结论：抑癌基因P16的表达与肿瘤的病理类型有关，而腺样囊性癌预后好于其它肿瘤可能与P16缺失少有关。

p16 Gene Expression in Salivary Gland Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma

To explore the relationship between gene p16 and genesis as well as development of adenoid cystic carcinoma.The SP immunohistochemical method was used.The expressions of p16 gene protein in 30 cases of salivary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma (SGACC) were studied.The positive expression for p16 gene protein was 76 6%.The positive rates of p16 gene in SGACC classic cribriform,tubular,mixed and solid patterns were 90%,100%,75%and 42 9% respectively.The positive rate of p16 gene protein expression markedly reduced with the increase of pathologic grade.There was no significant difference between p16 positive and p16 negative expression cases in 5 year survival.Conclusion]The expression of suppressor gene p16 relates to pathologic types of tumor.The prognosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma is better than those of other tumors.It may be correlated with the loss of p16 gene protein.
