| 摘 要： | :中医采用“思维模型”方法建构生命形态和运动规律 ,而西医采用“物质模型”的方法 ,这是中西医认知生命的本质差异。中医“思维模型”就是以阴阳五行为代表的“二体三用”模型。藏象、经络实质上是一种“二体三用”模型 ,因而不能用实验、实证的方法来衡量、验证 ;同时又因为生命现象的极端复杂性 ,所以“二体三用”模型需要不断修正和完善。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) adopts a thinking pattern while Western medicine (WM) adopts a material pattern in describing the formation and rules of motion of the life, which is the essential difference between the two types of medicines in understanding life phenomena. The thinking pattern used by TCM is a pattern of two systems and three functions, which is represented by yin yang and five elements systems. The visceral system and meridian system are essentially within the scope of the pattern of two systems and three functions, which can not be verified by experiments and tests. At the same time, the life pattern of two systems and three functions needs to be revised and perfected from time to time because life phenomena are extremely complicated. |
