东莞市社区居民脑梗塞发病相关因素的研究

目的 了解东莞市社区居民脑梗塞（cerebral infarction,CI）发病的影响因素,为预防和控制CI的发生提供科学依据.方法 采用1∶1配对病例-对照研究方法,在东莞市社区中收集CI病例和对照各150例,调查既往病史、家族史、环境因素等流行病学方面的资料.采用SPSS13.0软件对CI发病的相关因素进行分析.结果 多因素Logistic回归分析显示体育锻炼、高血压史、经济压力、甘油三酯为影响CI发病的影响因素,其中体育锻炼（OR=0.050）为CI保护性因素,高血压史（OR=4.336）、经济压力（OR=3.516）、甘油三酯（OR=3.787）为危险因素.结论 东莞市社区居民脑梗塞的危险因素主要为高血压史、经济压力和甘油三酯,通过积极预防和治疗原发病,养成良好的生活方式可以有效预防脑梗塞的发生.

The related influential factors for cerebral infarction among community residents in Dongguan

Objective To explore the influential factors for cerebral infarction and provide scientific support for the prevention and control of cerebral infarction (CI). Methods A case-control study on 150 pairs was conducted. The investigation included medical history, family history, and environmental factors. All the data were analyzed by the SPSS 13.0. Results Logistic regression analysis showed physical exercise, history of hypertension, financial burden, and high triglyceride levels were the influential factors for CI. Physical exercise (OR = 0.050) was a protective factor for cerebral infarction while history of hypertension (OR = 4.336), financial burden (OR = 3.516), and high triglyceride levels (OR = 3.787) were the risk factors for CI. Conclu- sions History of hypertension, financial burden, and high triglyceride levels were the risk factors for CI among community residents in Dongguan city, and CI can be prevented by aggressive prevention and treatment of hypertension and by development of a healthy lifestyle.
