| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻的外科治疗方法。方法：回顾分析我院收治的57例左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻病例的临床资料。结果：一期切除吻合术47例，Hartmann手术5例，捷径手术2例，近端结肠双腔造口术3例。一期切除吻合术并吻合口瘘发生率为6．4％。结论：对左半结肠癌并发急性肠梗阻应根据病人的全身情况，癌肿的局部情况选择合适的术式。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the surgery method to treat left colonic carcinoma complicated with obstruction of intestine. Method: We reviewed 57 cases data of left colonic carcinoma complicated with obstruction of intestine.Result: I stage excision repair 47 cases , Hartmann operation 5 cases, the simple operation 2 cases near colonic introduction 3 cases. The fistula rate complicated with I stage excision repair is 6.4%. Conclusion: The approperate operation of the carcinoma is selected according of the state of the patients. |
