| 摘 要： | 目的：观察小切口复位单侧外固定架固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法：采用小切口复位单侧外固定架外固定治疗胫腓骨骨折42例，结果：随访6-18个月，无1例骨折不愈合或延迟愈合，无外固定钢针拔出或折断，所有病例均完全恢复功能。膝，踝关节功能无受限。结论：该手术操作简单，对骨折端干扰少，复位好。固定可靠，无畸形愈合。疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of fracture tibial and fibula treated by small incision reduction and external fixation.Methods:42 patients with fracture of tibial and fibula were treated by limited open recuction and external fixation with single external fixator.Results:The function of the shank include knee and ankle joint recovered well in all patients,no patient suffered the nonunion,delay union or disposition of fixation pins during follow-up (6-18 months).Conclusion:The results sugguest that this procedure is an easy and effective method to treat the fracture of tibial and fibula. |
