复方北芪口服液对大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞/缺血再灌流模型细胞凋亡的影响

目的　采用流式细胞仪检测复方北芪口服液对大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞 /缺血再灌流(MCAO/IR)模型细胞凋亡的影响 ,从细胞凋亡的角度探讨该药作用于脑缺血损伤的可能机制。方法　清洁级雄性SD大鼠 18只 ,随机分为模型组、假手术组、治疗组。取新鲜缺血侧脑海马制成单细胞悬液 ,进行凋亡的定量分析。结果　假手术组即可测得凋亡峰 ,模型组、治疗组细胞凋亡百分率明显高于假手术组 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组的百分率较模型组明显降低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　复方北芪口服液有明显抗凋亡的作用 ,运用补肾益气活血法治疗缺血中风有着普遍的指导意义

Effect of Compound Beiqi Mixture on apoptosis in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion and ischemic reperfusion

Objective It is to measure the effect of Compound Beiqi Mixture (CBM) on apoptosis in rats with middle cerebral artery occlusion and ischemia reperfusion (MCAO/IR) with flow cytometry (FCM), and to discuss the possible mechanism of CBM on ischemia injury from the direction of apoptosis.Methods 18 male rats were divided into model group, sham-operated group and treatment group. Hippocampus in ischemic side was chosen and made into unicellular suspension. Quantitative analysis for apoptosis was progressed.Results Apoptosis peak was detected in the sham-operated group. The apoptosis percentages in the model group and treatment group were obviously higher than that in the sham-operated group, and there were significant difference (P<0.01). The apoptosis percentages in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the model group, and there was significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion CBM has significant anti-apoptosis effect. It has prevalent directive meaning that ischemia apoplexy is treated with Bushenyiqihuoxue method.
